Is that a sign of blogging addiction?
Is there a help group?
(probably. . . complete with its own blog)
And, today was Wordless Wednesday -- the easiest blogging day of the week. And I still missed it.
I'm going to blame it on Mother Nature, who, last night, sent a Storm in the path of my airplane ride from Tulsa to Houston. That's right -- a "capital S" Storm, as in lightening and heavy turbulence. Turbulence scares the CRAP out of me, especially when I'm holding my Little Lady in my lap. (oh, and that was a metaphor. . . as in figurative language, not literal. Crap does not "randomly" leave my body . . . just in case you were wondering)
She thought it was fun -- as much fun as the mall carousel. Each time the turbulence began, she's begin squealing, "WEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
That's NOT what Mommy was saying.
3 hours after our scheduled arrival time, we landed. 6 hours after our last meal. 12 hours after our last nap.
I'll let you decide what kind of mood I was in by the end.
Tired? DING DING DING! We have a winner -- I WAS tired! You are so smart!
Tired Mommy = No Blogging.
Now you know.
And .................... I'm out.

Seriously - you just described my worst nightmare. I am mortified of flying, which doesn't help of course. And while I can force myself onto a plane for overseas trips alone - your story is why I DROVE to Canada with Violet this summer. You are much braver than I! Glad you are both home safe.
Yikes! I am glad you got home okay but sorry to hear about the bumby flight!
I'm glad yall made it home OK, but no blog is just unacceptable. I wake up each morning and wonder, "What has Rachel blogged about today?" I was highly disappointed.... you better make it up to me! I mean us... all of your avid readers! :)
We need to get together some time soon and do dinner or something! I miss yall and that sweet little girl!
I HATE when I slip up and miss Wordless Wednesday!LOL
You just blogged! Perhaps later than usual but it is a post. Plus, don't pressure yourself to post. This is supposed to be fun remember?
i have only flown once. and it was right after 9/11 so i was beyond myself with fear. i had my 1 yr old at the time in my lap. it wasn't a fun 4 hr flight. i know how you felt. and dont worry i have a blogging addiction as well, just haven't posted as much i usually do, lol. i didnt post for ww yesterday either.
Don't sweat it baby, I will always keep coming back, anxiously awaiting your return!
